Peter Miselis, CFA Managing Member

With thirty years of experience in the investment and investor relations industries, Peter harnesses the insights and perspectives gained as an equity research analyst and portfolio manager, and the deep understanding of the capital markets to be a strategic asset to his clients. Peter has developed winning investor relations strategies in a wide range of sectors with a focus on supporting management’s growth initiatives, increasing stakeholder awareness, and advancing the corporate mission.

Prior to forming Research Funding Solutions, LLC, Peter was an equity and fixed-income research analyst, most recently with UBS Financial Services. His direct research experience encompasses the retail, consumer, healthcare, basic materials, and industrial sectors. He gained financial communications experience working for an independent investor relations agency and also as a communications officer at a non-profit for which he was a founding member. Peter served as a Special Advisor to Hill + Knowlton’s financial communications team that advised clients on crisis communications matters and corporate transactions. He has also been a strategic advisor to a major healthcare non-profit. Peter graduated from Northeastern University, earned his MBA from the University of Connecticut, and was awarded the CFA designation.

Albert Palombo, Senior Advisor

For over 20 years, Al has been providing strategic counsel in the areas of investor relations and corporate communications in a multitude of industries, with a primary focus on health care. He has extensive in-house and agency experience. As a corporate executive, Al has held senior level positions such as chief executive officer, chief marketing officer, and senior vice president of corporate communications, investor relations for both private and NYSE listed companies. As a senior investor relations agency advisor, Al’s client roster included companies listed on all US and Canadian exchanges, varying in size from micro to mid-cap and in industries as diverse as energy, ERP software, life sciences, nutrition, software, real estate finance, and medical devices.

Al has assisted clients in the public listing process taking them from application to bell ringing on the floors of the NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX, and the TSX. His experience also includes brand creation and management, brand relaunch, website design, social media management, and the creation of key marketing pieces (video and still) with the objectives of elevating brand awareness and increasing sales. Al attended the University of Calgary and completed his education at the University of British Columbia with a certification in real estate finance from the Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration.
